JOB DESCRIPTION

-Responsible for fully spectrum of the human resource and administration functions

-Formulated and implements HR/ Admin policies for the company

-Responsible in preparation of employees payroll

-Follow up and arrangement on foreign workers and expatriate application, permit renewal, insurance, fomema and all other related requirement.

-Ensure timely compliance with local statutory payment & Government reporting such as Income Tax, EPF, Soscso, EIS and HRDF.

-Preparing Year salary data for Account Audit Purpose

-Preparing EA Form, and Submit Form E

-Assist HR Manager for full spectrum of Human Resource functions including payroll, recruitment & selection, performance management, compensation & benefits, talent management, training & development, employee relations, disciplinary issues and grievances, employee engagement and expatriate employment pass related matters

- Responsible for license renewal such as Business License, License Alcohol, Passengers Lift & Goods Hoist (JKKP), Permit Khas (KPDNKK), Bomba FC.

-General administration task and ad-hoc assignment as assigned
